Q:Does the dresser include a chair?

A:No chair.

Q:Can both adults and children use the vanity desk with drawers and mirror？

A:Depending on your height, if not tall enough, you may only be able to see your head in the mirror instead of your entire upper body.
I bought one for my daughter and I would say it would be fine for an adult as well.

Q:Is that space big enough for my legs？

A:There is enough space to fit your knees, but it depends on your height/length of your legs.
My daughter is 5'8" and a little chunky ，she has no issues whatsoever.
